I'm about half way finished with this project. This used to be my Dad's truck, so cost going into it vs value after restoration isn't a factor. I'm trying to do everything myself for this project. Then on future projects, I can make an honest decision on paying someone to restore a portion, or do it myself. such as bodywork or painting. So far I had someone sand blast the frame for me, and the normal shop work done such as boring cylinders, and pressing bearings. Other than that, everything has been done in my garage. Before starting this project, my tools consisted of a cordless drill, hammer, and a socket set. Since then I've purchased a couple more tools.
